We operate on a strict "No Fix, No Fee" policy. If James is unable to resolve your issue during the remote session, you will not be charged anything. For in-home visits, if the issue cannot be resolved, we'll discuss your options honestly with no pressure.
Most remote sessions are completed within 1–2 hours. Simple tasks like printer setup or email issues can take as little as 30 minutes. More complex problems like virus removal or full computer setup may take up to 3 hours. James will give you a realistic time estimate when he calls to confirm.
